1. No Hosted Content

Please note that HDMovieNexa does NOT host any media files, movies, or TV series on our own servers. Our website simply acts as an index or search engine, aggregating links found publicly on the internet. All media is hosted on third-party servers over which we have no control.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been linked to on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content you submitted was removed in error, or that you have the rights to use the content, you may send a counter-notice. We may restore the content or link unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider.
